Risk Management and Emergency Planning
Our team can help your school to develop a plan and training strategy for Risk Management, Emergency Planning and Business Continuity.
Further information
Risk Management is: the identification, evaluation, and prioritisation of risks followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability or impact of unfortunate events or to maximize the realization of opportunities.
Emergency Planning & Resilience is: a course of action developed to mitigate the damage of potential emergencies that could endanger an organization's ability to function. Such planning should include measures that provide for the safety of personnel and, if possible, property and facilities. It should also include provisions to assess the severity of an incident and implement steps to manage it appropriately.
Business Continuity is: a loosely defined set of planning, preparatory and related activities which are intended to ensure that an organization's critical business functions will either continue to operate despite serious incidents or disasters that might otherwise have interrupted them or will be recovered to an operational state within a reasonably short period.
