We can provide a range of exciting and inspirational employability activities Our programme aims to engage students from years 7 to 13 in sessions that will develop work skills, improve attainment and increase awareness in labour market information and opportunity awareness. We will do this by devising and delivering innovative sessions in schools around interview skills, CV writing, LMI and options at post 16 to include apprenticeships at all levels including higher and degree options. We are confident that our programme will help give a clearer understanding of the world of work to the students, as we will be engaging with employers throughout. This is a proven way to overcome many barriers, and improve decision making skills when transitioning from school to the world of work; whichever form this may take.
Services include:
Face to face guidance, group sessions, attendance at parents' evening and at other events focussing on employability and transition.
Mock interviews, for class-size or whole year groups.
Interview skills, LMI, CV workshops etc.
Support sessions with applications for post-16: either 1 to 1 or class size.
